Do you require a DSA study needs assessment?

I've just finished a phone appointment with Claire Sorfleet (Winchester) and wanted to write to say that she was absolutely fantastic. Claire was exceptionally helpful, the whole call was friendly and clear, and I think that it exemplified exactly how any appointment ought to be. So, I wanted to say thank you and make sure you were aware of the great job she's doing.

I'm pleased to say that the assistive technology and mentoring are working very well and helping me to keep on track with my studies. The technology makes my coursework immeasurably easier, particularly now the majority of my learning is online/computer based - the training was comprehensive and allowed me to understand and operate the software effectively. The mentoring helps to keep me on track and committed to my studies and helps my organisation. Thank you for being so accommodating and providing this equipment - I am on track with my degree with the first time in years so I am very grateful!

I am happy with my assessment and Richard was very helpful. The equipment has been good. I have spoken to my one-to-one support and feel that it would be beneficial if I could ask for more one to one support from Clarions. I currently have 15 hours and feel now I have been given a different tutor that it has really benefit me.

I had an assessment with Claire Sorfleet, and I just wanted to say how fantastic she was. I was very apprehensive about the assessment and immediately she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. It was very refreshing to speak to somebody who clearly cared for the job. I am very thankful to have had my assessment with Claire as I was able to confide in her and I will now receive the help and equipment I need finally in my last year of university. I know that I will be able to achieve far more now I have this help and that wouldn’t have been possible without Claire’s help.
