Workplace Assessments
Access Assessment Centres provide professional workplace needs assessments to support individuals and organisations in identifying practical, effective adjustments. Our assessments focus on understanding how an individual works, the demands of their role, and the working environment, in order to recommend appropriate support and adjustments.
We work across a wide range of roles and sectors, supporting employees with disabilities, long term health conditions, and neurodivergent profiles. Our approach is assessment-led, person-centred, and grounded in real-world workplace practice.

Workplace assessments at Access Assessment Centres are carried out by experienced assessors with expertise across disability, accessibility, and workplace adjustment frameworks.
We offer flexible appointment availability, including remote and in-person assessments, and can arrange appointments outside of standard working hours where required.
Assessments are typically commissioned directly by employers, self-employed individuals or organisations, and fees are agreed in advance based on the scope of the assessment and reporting requirements.
We are committed to providing a supportive and respectful assessment experience for individuals, while also producing clear, practical reports that organisations can act on with confidence. If you would like to discuss a workplace assessment or commissioning arrangements, we welcome you to get in touch.
